That’s right – Lion Cub is out in the world and I’m holding an official launch for it!  Just in case the pic on the cover isn’t clear, here are the details again.

Free parking is available in the hospital visitor carpark – but if you’re parking for more than 4 hours you need to register in the hospital – since the launch is only 2 hours that should present no problems!   (http://www.cardiffandvaleuhb.wales.nhs.uk/uhw-patient-visitor-parking-map)

If you can get no luck in the hospital carpark, there is an alternative in Heath Park itself (https://www.google.com/maps/search/heath+park+car+park/@51.5094343,-3.19016,16z/data=!3m1!4b1)

which is only a 5 min stroll away from the Social Club.

To answer the next question – yes, there is a bar in the social club.

The current plan is to have a short reading from  each book of the trilogy, a bit of Q & A, some raffling, and (for those interested) a quick demo of the board game I’ve been developing as a tie in to this fantasy world.

The board game is something I’ve been working on with a couple of friends for a while and, once I’ve done all the necessary promoting for Lion Cub, we’ll be looking at testing it a bit further and hopefully crowdfunding a real production of it.  You can look forward to some pics of  that work in progress on here but for now the only pictures I have are ones that I’ve taken which are, at best, a bit rubbish.  Once the ball is rolling with it I’ll get some decent photos done and get the info out and online.

If you’re in Cardiff on 11th August I hope to see you there!
